Shipping Policy


We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping method is selected.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and options will be displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kiera Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and is your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kiera@kierajewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day, no question asked, return policy and free return shipping domestically. You can return any item purchased from our online store (kierajewelry.com) within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in its original packaging and properly packaged. All packing slips, manuals, accessories, and any free gifts must be returned as well. Stickers, labels, and serial numbers must be clean, as-new, intact, and in their original positions. If you'd like to return an item, please contact us and we'll issue a return shipping label so you can return the items back to us. Once the items are received in original saleable condition, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price.
Please note we cannot refund any of the original shipping and handling charges.

 

Damages and issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kiera@kierajewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at kiera@kierajewelry.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Lifetime Warranty

Kiera Jewelry offers a lifetime warranty for all its jewelry and accessories purchased from the official Kiera Jewelry website, www.kierajewelry.com. We guarantee the quality of your Kiera Jewelry piece for as long as you own it. The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects, including but not limited to, damaged stone and settings, and/or lost stones. Covered pieces will be repaired or replaced free of component and labor charges if the piece proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal wear and tear. If the Kiera Jewelry pieces cannot be repaired or replaced, we’ll return the full amount paid at the time of purchase. Please show proof of purchase from the official website when submitting a return and/or repair request. Any other terms and conditions are under Kiera Jewelry’s discretion.
