All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We offer various shipping options for all our supported international locations. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and presented during checkout.
Kiera Jewelry is not responsible for any import duties and taxes (including VAT) that might incur once your order reaches its destination country.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. Please give it up to 48 hours for tracking details to be updated.
If 14 days have passed since you received the shipping confirmation and your order hasn't arrived, please email us at kiera@kierajewelry.com with your name and order number. We'll investigate the matter for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in its original state. We'll refund the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs.
Should your order arrive damaged, please promptly email kiera@kierajewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle such issues on a case-by-case basis, striving for the best possible resolution.
