Refund policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unused and unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, reach out to us at kiera@kierajewelry.com. Once accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it. If you find any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us promptly. We'll assess the situation and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants), customized products, personal care items (like beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're uncertain about the return eligibility of a particular item, please contact us.
Returns are not accepted for final sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email us at kiera@kierajewelry.com with details of the item you're returning and the one you'd like in exchange. For a quicker process, initiate the return of your current item and place a separate order for the new one.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Kindly note that your bank or credit card company might take additional time to process and post the refund.
